✅ The chip or crack is not in the driver’s direct line of sight.
✅ The damage is not at the edges of the windshield, where it can weaken the structure.
✅ The crack is shorter than 6 inches.

Frequently asked questions
1. Can I be assured that the chip will not show after the repair of my windshield?
Unfortunately, no.
A windshield chip repair prevents further damage to your glass and restores the structural integrity of the vehicle. However, following a repair, a slight blemish or imperfection where the impact occurred is normal.
The good news is that, in most cases, you’ll notice a big improvement in the appearance of your windshield.
2. Why is it important where on my windshield the impact occurred?
Because it could determine if a repair or replacement is necessary.
If the impact is located in the driver’s line of vision, we might be able to repair the damage; however, since this would affect your visibility, the safer option is likely to replace your windshield.
Also, if the impact is located too close to the body of the vehicle, we won’t be able to use the equipment needed to repair the damage, and the windshield will have to be replaced anyway.
3. Is it possible to have more than one impact repaired?
We can repair up to three (3) impact points. If your windshield has more than three, its strength is likely compromised, and, therefore, we recommend replacing it for your safety.
